The tripod function is also very nice - however it has proven not to be the most stable, so be aware of placement so the tripod does not fall over with your phone. There is always the option to ask others around you take a photo, but sometimes you just don't want to deal with it, or risk having your phone touched or taken, this is a perfect solution. The remote is also handy. Connection can be spotty at times, so I like to take a few test shots before I get it all set up so I can ensure that it will enable the camera feature.
