Nice and light weight and sturdy. Holds camera still without shaking like some flimsy sefi sticks do. Very compact and easy to store in my camera bag. Well worth the price.

The included tripod seems sturdy enough for its maximum height. The include remote is what finally sold me on this solution and I am pleased to report that it works well.

Not bad as a tripod. Pretty good with a gopro. Its what i use it for mostly. Its ok. You get what you pay for. Just take into consideration what youll use it for. For action movement or selfies, no. For tripod point a shot, not bad.
