It works well for this. My Samsung 10+ fit with no problems. The tri-pod could be better made, light metal instead of the plastic.

The bluetooth has a slight lag to connect and at times, in the midst of picture taking, disconnects by itself and requires reconnection. I wish the little remote clips onto the stand more securely. It came off once and I almost lost it. Without the remote, the stand is pretty much worthless. I now tape the remote onto the leg so that it does not come off accidentally.

I haven’t used the BT switch so I can’t comment on that. Great value and it works compared to higher priced products.

I use it with the webcam I purchased art the same time. It collapses to a compact profile yet will extend to 36" height. The quality seems to be very good.
