Customers are saying

Customers frequently mention the 6-in-1 Professional 36" Tripod is easy to use, a good size, lightweight, and has a functional remote and selfie stick capability. However, some customers have concerns about the tripod's stability and overall quality. Additionally, some users feel the phone holder could be wider to accommodate a broader range of devices.

this product is crap, if i had 0 stars i would give that rating. the pic shows its good to stand as a tripod but i center pole is taller than the three legs

Thanks for commenting but this is not correct. The center pole slides up so there are 3 legs standing flush to the surface you are placing it on. Please review our comment and let us know if you are still having technical difficulties. VictorOren

Solid device. Clear instructions. However it is bulky and heavy to use. But being solid and heavy may help with steady videos and photos. Compact enough to put in backpack when not using.

I was excited to try out this tripod given how versatile the company description. Unfortunately, the stand can’t even hold up an iPhone 14. It never was able to hold for more than a few minutes and would fall over. The Bluetooth connection is only good for a few feet. The entire stand is cheap plastic. Best Buy should not carry this item. It’s not worth even a few dollars for a one time use.

Inop remote, bad instructions, decent selfie stick

Tripod is very light, but well designed otherwise. The remote function does not work at all with any phone camera. The accessory connector is not intuitive and there are no examples in the awful chinese-translated instructions. But it is a tripod or a selfie stick so it functions.

It's it a tripod or transformer in disguise?

First, this tripod is extremely flexible, you can't beat this for the price. The remotes not the best, but geez for less than 20 bucks, not much to complain about.

I needed something that could hold a webcam, and this was the closest they had. I needed to buy velcro, to connect to the stand and the camera. If I needed something to hold my phone, I'm sure it would've been fine.

It is pretty good with the stand to do selfie. However, the size is kind of big which cannot fit my handbag. I bought it for outdoor activities and always need to have a big bag to keep it. Not convenient with the big size.
