Great accessories that get the job done for basically anything. Compact so it fits in a bag, purse or glove compartment easily.

I took it back to the store to get a new one and had the same problem. I immediately returned to the store for an exchange and asked for assistance. An employee assisted me and also stated that the screw was unable to hold the ball (think joint and socket). I eneded up getting a refund and moving on to anmore expensive tripod.
