If you’re thinking of buying an affordable phone stand don’t buy this one.

I mostly am using it for a web cam. I have a sit/stand desk and the tripod allows me to have the camera at the optimum height, regardless of whether I'm sitting, standing, or using a high stool in between. It's very sturdy and quick to put away when I'm done.
