Easy to operate. Purchased for transferring old slides to photo project and worked great. Set it up and copied 100 slides in no time. Also great for holding the cellphone during facetime. Therefore, great for indoor use which was the reason i bought it. Not sure if it would work well outdoors on a windy day.

Works great for everything as intended. Sometimes you have to pay attention how the base is positioned for stability if the pile is fully extended.

I've had this tripod for @ 4 months. Its primary use is to hold my phone so I can use it as a webcam (with Reincubate Camo). I'm a consultant currently working out of my home office and I'm constantly on Teams and Zoom calls 5 days a week. This unit does technically work but I find that any significant movement of the tripod with camera will cause the tilt head to loosen which makes my image look like I'm working from the deck of the ticanic just before it goes under. I suspect that if you aren't constantly taking the phone off the tripod and re-inserting it the unit would be more satisfactory. The construction seems adequate, but I'm pretty gentle with my tools so your mileage may vary. Ultimately, I will replace this with something more reliable soon.

Wobbly, pieces are loose and seems cheaply made. Already starting to warp and lean because phone might be too heavy? Remote makes phone elements stop working like my keyboard when typing or texting. And causes phone to slow down/have slow response time.
