However, some customers have expressed concerns about the tripod's stability and overall build quality. Additionally, some users feel that the phone holder could be wider to accommodate a broader range of devices.

It works. Just not well enough to satisfy

I've had this tripod for @ 4 months. Its primary use is to hold my phone so I can use it as a webcam (with Reincubate Camo). I'm a consultant currently working out of my home office and I'm constantly on Teams and Zoom calls 5 days a week. This unit does technically work but I find that any significant movement of the tripod with camera will cause the tilt head to loosen which makes my image look like I'm working from the deck of the ticanic just before it goes under. I suspect that if you aren't constantly taking the phone off the tripod and re-inserting it the unit would be more satisfactory. The construction seems adequate, but I'm pretty gentle with my tools so your mileage may vary. Ultimately, I will replace this with something more reliable soon.

I like it so hold the camera while blogging or talking pictures! I don’t really recommend when simply placing it on a flat service. It isn’t really steady

It's a nice stand but I think it could have been priced better. The only problem I have is that you have to take your phone case off if you have a Galaxy Note to make it fit but if that doesn't bother you, it's a good stand.

Wobbly, pieces are loose and seems cheaply made. Already starting to warp and lean because phone might be too heavy? Remote makes phone elements stop working like my keyboard when typing or texting. And causes phone to slow down/have slow response time.

Easy to use and fun. Enjoying taking selfies that actually have room in the background for the places I visit, rather than just a photo of me where no one can tell where I am. Love it.
