For the price I guess it's okay. Feels like really flimsy plastic too.

When I was purchasing the camera, the salesman had the product and I asked him the circumference of the lens so I could purchase a hood, he told me 55mm. The lens, which has a focal length of 55mm, has a circumference of 58mm. Because of the different circumference, this hood does not work for my lens.

Lens hood is adequate for what it’s designed to do
