Poor manufacturing and customer service
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased two of these for my home theater setup in July 2023. Both of the subs have a very bad rattling sound when in use (based on my research it sounds like a manufacting issue with the drivers). The manufacturer offered to have me pay for shipping so they can repair the subs but considering the weight and cost its not worth it. Save yourself the headache prucase from a better manufacturer. If you do purchase these, DONT BUY FROM BEST BUY. If you have an issue you cant call the store for help, it goes to an offshore call center that cant authorize anything outside of their standard policies. I'll be heading into the store to see if they can help but would be nice if they took calls in store. Hopefully my last trip to best buy.

Won't work with Bose Sounder
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy told me this would work with my Bose sound bar. It didn't, it won't. After a lot of hassle, I returned it. Best Buy could not come up with an alternative.
