Tough enough to handle us bigger people and yet as comfortable as a luxury ride. Some assembly is required but it’s very easy to put together and start working out (only two sizes of hex wrenches are required and they are included).

Solid bench

After a few weeks of use I recommend. Yes the gap is significant between the seat and back but it does not really impact me. I am 6’2 and not really an issue. I use bow flex 1090 dumbbells and between my weight and nearly 200 pounds of weights it is solid.

Took about a half hour or so to get it assembled. It's got some weight to it so it feels nice and sturdy. The adjustability lets you do all of your bench exercises, flat, incline and decline. Highly recommend.

I can see how the gap between the seat and the backrest can get annoying but it doesn’t bother me very much. I really like the different angles in which I can position the bench.

good versatile bench

It has three positions; flat, decline, and incline. It is durable and does not move from side to side. My only major complaint is that it is hard to switch the bench positions because the pin has to be screwed into place. I often have to use my phone’s flashlight to find the pin placement.
