Nice Treadmill for home with strong running base come with good warranty.

Owned this treadmill now for over a year. Had consistent problems with the speed going up or down on its own (making it very dangerous for anyone to use). Had customer service check device and done factory resets and it continues to persist.

Have to use their app to connect to the machines blue tooth. Yes you get two months free but after it's $20+ per month.

The treadmill shuts off when its in use. I dont recommend to no one.

The treadmill hasn't worked right since the day we had it installed. y wife has called the Customer Service team and they had no clue what to tell her. She could not get the machine to stay on. They suggested we buy a maintenance plan. What good is brand new treadmill if it doesn't work? Very disapointed.

I've owned the Bowflex BXT116 for about almost three years now. I am a very satisfied owner. Plainly, the positives far outweighed the negatives; more specifically, below are my likes and not-so-likes about it after more than 2 years of ownership and near-daily use: Likes * The belt is very well-made and sturdy. The rubberized surface provides a good grip that feels natural. Easy to adjust belt tracking if needed. * The treadmill itself is sturdy. While assembling, I did not feel any of the parts were cheaply made or flimsy. I'm kind of picky about this, too, so was surprised how pleased I was with it. * The deck/base has some sort of shock absorption built into it; it's much gentler on my joints than many other treadmills I've used * Speaking of assembly, I (a 5'10" 185lb man) was able to complete assembly solo, with little difficulty. The most difficult part was dragging the deck/base across the basement floor. Ended up MacGyvering a sled out of some of the cardboard from the packaging and moving it that way. * I enjoy that it does not have a 'zero' incline. It's always at a 1, which I've confirmed with my level as a small incline, and not actually a one-equals-zero type of thing. * Has a slower acceleration rate than previous treadmills I've used/owned, which I thought I would hate, but actually like * Maintenance is easy. A little bit of lubricant on the deck every once in a while, wipe down with a gentle cleaner, and you're good to go. * It 'celebrates' every 100cal burned with some lights/victory sound, which is nice * Speaking of sounds, it can be muted (thank goodness) * The built-in fan was not a selling point for me, but is surprisingly nice *Best Buy warranty and their service for maintaining the item have been great -- both online and in-person support. Dislikes * Unless I'm using the heart rate strap or grips, it approximates your heart rate based on your user data. It approximates mine at a value way off from what it actually is (~170bpm their estimate vs the ~145bpm on my Fitbit, Fitbit tends to be accurate within a few bpm for me). The chest strap is uncomfortable, so I don't wear it regularly. * Haven't figured out a way to easily swap miles to km on the display, though admittedly haven't played with those settings much * Pausing the workout for too long will 'complete' the workout. Though this is normal, the time it will wait before rendering the workout complete is much shorter than I would have thought - maybe 5 minutes? Had a leg cramp and had to stop and stretch it out; the thing reset just as I got back on. * My water bottle is really tall and doesn't fit very neatly in the accessory bins, and wobbles when I run. It's too difficult for me to reach down into the tray at knee level. I'd have liked a deeper tray at the top for a larger water bottle, but not a huge deal in the grand scheme The dislikes are nitpicky in the grand scheme of things, at least for me. Overall, definitely love the machine. I'm a bit of a stickler for well-made machines, and this one ticks all my boxes for sturdiness, features, and ease of maintenance.

I pitched it on last November and hardly used once in a month and it got broken, need to replace the console.. expected a lot but not meeting my expectations.. do not recommended

It was defected. Trying to return it. Geek Squad unavailable to put it up. Purchased in December. Never again

Bowflex BXT116 As another customer said, I too watched the pricing and scored it for $999!!! This thing is heavy, like heavy HEAVY! It is also very huge, the running platform is very long. Exceptional quality! Putting it together was the easiest part! I have other high quality machines (Nordic track and peloton) this machine falls in that category! I did see reviews that it’s quite.... I do disagree with that. I feel like the belt has a hard plastic type covering that makes each step pretty noisy. It’s not the hardest run but also not the softest. I have used it approximately 12 times so far!!!
