She said almost every time she use this machine it disconnects shortly starting her workout. The plug in works it self out even when something is pushed against it. If someone else is having this problem and has resolved this problem please let me know.

It would power one, but the belt wouldn’t move or incline. Speed and incline numbers would not climb on screen.

We use the treadmill to run in intervals. In the first few months we had no complaints but now at month 4 the treadmill makes a lot of noise. I suspect springs or suspension materials have broken which causes the loud noises.

Within three weeks of purchase, the treadmill is squeaking incredibly loud whenever you go higher than speed two. Attempted to troubleshoot and make sure the treadmill is on level ground. Nothing works. It’s way too loud squeaking to even enjoy the workout
