    It worked only briefly. I purchased it but used it about a total of 10 times before it simply stopped working. Obtaining a diagnosis/repair has been extremely frustrating. While a Total Best Buy customer promised a 2 year warranty, Best Buy will not provide a (cost free) diagnose until the manufacturer warranty has expired. Catch 22--by then, Best Buy's warranty for Total members will have expired. With no discernable serial number by me (can't locate on the Boflex treadmill), the Boflex company will provide a diagnoses through a 3rd party provided that I pay for it.My previous treadmills have been Precor but their treatmills for home usages have become even more expensive. Buyer's remorse does not describe this purchase.

    Quality machine, very stable while walking and jogging, even when working out at an incline. Easy to assemble, took about 40 minutes. Well packed to prevent shipping damage. Great treadmill for the money (bought during Christmas sale). I would recommend!

    Stopped working after 50 days, of course. Customer service at Bowflex was great and sent me a new counsel. Easy to install by the way. It worked once and stopped. I'm going to order a new safety key, because I think that's the problem on the new counsel. Still, It shouldn't be this difficult. The wait on the phone to customer service can be very long. More time wasted.
