Failed after 7 months

Purchased 5 year warranty from Best Buy, but being told I have to go through BowFlex for the duration of the manufacturer warranty to repair. BowFlex cannot repair it for an unknown amount of time due to parts back order. Leading up to this, treadmill stopped abruptly on its own which could cause injury. Skip the Best Buy warranty on treadmills and look for a different manufacturer.

Suddenly Doesn’t Turn On After 7 Months

Then, one day, for no apparent reason, it won’t turn on, just a randonly flashing console screen. Bowflex says parts are on “back order” and keeps moving out the expected delivery date, 1, 2, 3 months now… Don’t buy this model.

worst experience ( got ripped)

I been calling the company for warranty for the last 5 months. They are making lame excuses for last 5 months, still waiting on parts to be delivered and they don’t want to replace it either. Can’t believe there are companies do like this.

Had the description been accurate then I definitely would have paid for the delivery and set up service. Seeing as it told me it was 37 pounds i figured i could move it myself. Its over 300 pounds and i CANNOT move it myseld at all.

After only a few months of use, treadmill is making a loud squeaking noise to the point that it is in-usable. Not a cheap product and I paid the several hundred $’s for the professional setup and delivery. I’ve called the TotalTech number multiple times and just keep getting my call transferred and dropped. Can’t rate this product and Bestbuy low enough.

Bowflex treadmill - damaged when arrived/open box
