Great treadmill

I’ve ran on a few treadmill that slip when your running. I’ve owned this treadmill for almost a year and use it 3 times a week and never had that problem. Wide enough tracks so you don’t feel cramped while running. Storage in upright position is a bonus I can fit my rogue bike right underneath.

Poor customer service after the purchase

It stopped working about 6 mo in. Some electrical problem. I contacted customer support and they said they had seen this issue before and ordered me a replacement part. We are now 6 mo later and still no part. It is on back order until Jan. The customer service rep from Bowflex told me that the company has gone bankrupt and a new company came in and bought the assets. She actually told me i should be happy that they are ordering the replacement part. I am not. I have multiple bowFlex items in my home gym, but no more. THis has been a big waste of money.

However, it’s already making a clicking noise after causing a power surge during use. The power surge was triggered by tripping the safety feature which is strangely placed at chest level making it easy to trigger. This has unintentionally stopped my workout on more than one occasion. I will be calling Best Buy out to see what’s up with the clicking sound.
