Nice Unit

Push Button, not an LCD screen, which is easier to operate. My old one quit connecting to my WI-FI, and after two years it was discontinued, and Best Buy didn't have anyone to fix it, so I got an exchange and like it better then my old Pro Form ... Just getting to learn all of the functions, it's loaded pretty good ...

The treadmill had detailed instructions on how to put it together. I've only had this treadmill for a short time but have been using it on a regular basis. It's a great way to stay in shape. I able to run even during the winter months.

Awesome treadmill

Okay at times. Customer service is horrendous.

I bought this around Christmas 2023 and it only lasted till June 2024 before the console went out. I’ve been waiting for a part for four months now they are telling me it’s back ordered and will not be in until the first week of December. Also, the heart rate monitor was sporadic in connecting.

Great machine...wish it had a free app

Was actually a lot more sturdy than i was expecting (given the entry level price point) but it works really well and helps me get across my steps in when its too cold outside. My one conplaint is you have to pay for a jrny memvership to have any kind of tracking with their mobile app. I purposely bought this machine because it didn't have the proprietary display that (from what i have read online) barely works without a paid subscription. Come on Bowflex, not all of us want to be chained to a monthly subscription. Thats the whole point of buying home exercise equipment....to ditch the monthly gym fee.
