First one broke after 3 months

I got a new one with the warranty and I like it. I would rather have the first one being fixed, because the issue was due to an electric problem and we know what needs to be replace. Also, because of the issue that Bowflex does not ship to Puerto Rico, and Best Buy does not take the one that replace, I end up with 2 machines in my house and also had to pay more for the second one, because I bought the first one on a Black Friday

Wasn't difficult at all if you follow the script. Definitely consider your space for your unit and leave enough space to be able to walk up to or on to it.

Terrible and Dangerous

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Pros: set up was awful but I’ve seen worse Cons: awful starting menu, impossible to navigate, safety key constantly falls out so I already have injured myself twice, arrived with a damaged belt I have already spent money and time replacing, Power is faulty so machine won’t always come on when plugged in Buy something other than this crap!

was good at first, but...

However, it is now stuck on 15 % incline and I have tried everything to reset and it will not move. Also, the belt gives a "belt error" on occasion. Btw, this is the second treadmill, I returned the first one that was delivered because the third party company they use is terrible and dropped it, was also giving "belt error".
