This is the best treadmill I can find in the market as compared to many other ones that I experienced. Best Buy had it on sale and I ordered it immediately and they delivered it and set up for me quickly.

Great treadmill. Better than the last one I own. It doesn't make me use the built in program when you just want to run or walk. The BXT8J is a sturdy treadmill and should last a long time.

Item was defective. Install tech installed the treadmill and didn't bother to test it. It was a gift for my mom. She was home during the delivery and informed me that the techs had a hard time putting it together. I tested the equipment when I got the opportunity and there was a noise coming from the belt that didn't sound good at all. My mom is elderly and I didn't want her getting injured. I called Bestbuy and they scheduled another tech to come. It was the same guys who did the install. They told my mom the machine was mo good. They would have have known this had it been tested from the beginning.

Bought this recently and been using it for a couple of days. It works perfectly for us and hopefully, it stays that way.

It's good. Sometimes the roller on the treadmill can get damaged but mostly, it's pretty good.

Which it could also bring a trial for the app for free

So far I like it. I have only had it a couple days. Seems to be a bit confusing to program the work outs. But so far it's great

Liked it when it worked. It broke 14 months later belt stopped moving. Regular used almost everyday.

Motor didn’t turn on after assembly. I have a Total Tech protection plan from Best Buy but was told I have to go through Bowflex for repair since it is brand new under warranty. Bowflex shipped a speed sensor, but they can’t schedule an appointment to install it. That goes through another company which is supposed to contact me. However they didn’t do anything but email to say they were monitoring the shipment. I had to call them myself after the part arrived. Then I found out repair is handled by a separate contractor and they don’t actually know his availability. You have to tell them your availability and then they message the repairman. After 72 hours when I heard nothing, I had to call back and they said he is only available one date, which I didn’t give them. So I gave more dates farther out and still have not heard anything back.

Works as advertised, bowflex is a good brand. and would definitely consider them next time.

Watch the video before assembling, it helps. Use with mat to keep sound down. Fine treadmill.

When i got the treadmill i only had it for 2 weeks before it started acting up. I tried to return it and was told i wasn't able to. I couldn't even get a tech to come check it out. I was told to go through bowflex. My husband was running on the treadmill 10 incline at 2 mph. Towards the last 5 minutes of his workout he went to decrease the speed. It wouldn't go down. It started to go up in speed. He's already exhausted from his workout and the treadmill just keeps increasing in speed. He pulled the emergency cord and it still kept increasing in speed. He was too exhausted and worried he wasn't going to make it if he jumped off. Finally it randomly abruptly stopped. This happened twice. Then when i was on it it would randomly abruptly stop. I tried holding on to the sensors and the senors would shock you. I would never get this treadmill again. I wish i could return it instead of wasting all this money and a death trap.

I cannot recommend this due to safety concerns. It worked well for 5 months, then one day during my run the belt stopped abruptly and threw me. Error message "ERR BELT SPD". Will take support at least 1 week to send replacement motherboard and speed sensor. I cannot recommend this due to safety concerns.

So far so good. Wife has run multiple 3+ miles each time with no complaints. Set up and installation by Best Buy was great and well worth the money.

I would say it's smooth at this point and loving every moment of use.

Ive had it for a few months and use it everhday. Have not had any issues. Love how smooth it runs.
