Arrived quickly. Easy to assemble. A really quiet ride with some nice features including a small screen. I like that you can use your own shoes. A very nice bike for less money than some other name brands. No complaints at this point.

Does not take up a lot of space and easy to use. My only complaint is that the seat is uncomfortable.

I’m happy with the build quality and ergonomics of the bike, although I may invest in a different seat at some point, but I’m disappointed in the programs. I just wanted some basic fat burning and hill climbing type of workouts, and the bike has those, but they’re seemingly locked behind the membership subscription. This is a basic feature in my mind, because it’s something every exercise bike I’ve ever used at a gym has had for the last 20 years. But this home bike wants me to pay subscription for that? No thanks. I had assumed - my fault- that the subscription would be for classes/motivational programming akin to a Pelaton. That’s not the case here. The Android-powered tablet’s UI also leaves something to be desired.

Comes with many cool features and programs. The seat is unbearable so find an alternative.

Gets the job done. My main and absolute biggest issue with this is that the seat is extremely uncomfortable. I even have to fold a towel and sit on it to make the experience bearable and even that doesn’t fix the issue. You have to go on the actual bowflex website and order their "extra comfort" seat to to find a perfect solution, but that'd cost you $40

The bike is allowing me, a man that suffers from MS to comfortably exercise. I had long debated buying a spin bike but cost made me continually defer purchase, was I wrong to do so. The bike is simple to assemble and can provide a very diverse cycling workout selection through the JRNY service and bing able to watch streaming services removes many barriers the prevented me from doing anything that approached an effective workout. Best purchase I have made in a decade.

Very smooth and very quiet. Seat a little hard, had to install a gel cushion. Wish the handle bars would elevate farther up, have to bend over to far making it almost too uncomfortable for long rides. If they rose up farther would have given this a 5 star review.

Worth it especially at the 699 price point. I’ve had no issues to date. The bike rides smooth and quiet. I upgraded through Bowflex and I can ride this thing forever now. The journey experience is free for a year with purchase. I had no problem getting up and running with that. I’ve found it’s option fun and exciting. The music selection rocks. If I could change one thing about the bike it would be the plastic foundation looks cheap. It takes away from the beauty of the bike to me.

Nice for me. I'm a beginner and the interface was easy for me to follow and put in my personal info. The seat is hard and a little uncomfortable, but overall, good machine and I would've given it a 5 star rating.

Do not buy this bike unless you are ok with doing lots of technical troubleshooting on issues beyond your control. The bike construction is fine, the app that is mandatory is dangerously bugged and has major safety issues. Even after two years, the JRNY app has multiple serious bugs and a Bluetooth connection issue that has not been resolved. Unlike the C6 or VeloCore, you are obligated to use the app with the onboard tablet. The JRNY routinely loses workouts through inexplicable crashing. There are silent post deletes of history that I have sent multiple pictures and tickets on. The last update bricked my tablet and it required a factory reset that took hours to do. The dangerous up to life threatening bugs have to do with Bluetooth connection. It routinely crashes out when wearing the HR monitor, and worse (which is life threatening), JRNY can silently freeze the HR monitor reading where you are fixed at a certain point when your HR is very different. If you have arhythmia or other HR issues, do not use the included monitor, please get a separate piece. Nautilus the manufacturer is quite aware of these issues but have not addressed them adequately two years into this product’s launch.

Perfect for what I wanted. The screen is smaller compared to others I have seen but I didn’t mind that. I didn’t want to have to use a tablet, but didn’t want to pay over 1k. I love the membership too. I was thinking I wouldn’t get it but it was 1 year free so I tried it and it’s great. Videos are good and the ques are on point.

On sale. We’re short so seat distance a little too long but replacement seat fixed that. Small screen but we’re not needy for that, more than suffice to enjoy the program video or hulu/netflix (which you can only turn on during a program). Great value

For the price I paid, 350, this bike is a steal. It's compact and quiet. The screen is small and jrny is lackluster, but I'm happy with the purchase.

I had been looking at Bowflex bike and the C7 was on sale. This was super easy to put together. I watch the video before my bike was delivered. I love this BIKE!!! I don't have any shoes yet however, I love the grip on the straps on the peddles.
