    Assembly/Packaging not a great start.

    Leaving a one star review until i can get some real tech support. I made it all the way to the last step (even though the T10 didnt come with enough hardware) and the pins on the electrical connectors for the monitor are misaligned. Putting this thing together is a giant pain and Bowflex tech support basically doesnt exist. Something over $1500 should at minimum come with the hardware needed and not be screwed up out of the box. Cant even turn it on.

    This treadmill Is awesome! The incline option truly is awesome and helps to keep your body guessing. The different rate of speed and incline together is wonderful for joggers and walkers alike. I wish more people were able to afford this treadmill!!

    Literally cannot use it since it needs to update. But it gets an error everytime I go ahead an ld update.

    So far we love this treadmill. Love the workouts as they really push you, and having the built-in screen is great for streaming content as you workout. It is bigger than most treadmills but it is very well constructed with high quality materials. We had the treadmill delivered, which I highly recommend. The package is incredibly heavy. Assembly took maybe a few hours including the unboxing but was not difficult. Happy we went with a slightly higher end more expensive machine. You get what you pay for!

    Metal thread quality on bolts/tubing is weak and was difficult to get started without cross threading at times. After a few weeks of using the machine will constantly go into pause mode in the middle of workouts. Sometime rapidly between puss and active. It’s really a safety hazard. No hands on the machine whatsoever yet pauses.

    Just purchased this treadmill on December 26, 2022. It is a very well built machine and easy to set up. That is the plus side to the product. The downside is the JRNY installation process was a mess it. It said I was ready to start my personal fitness assessment and the motor never kicked on. Nothing was working the incline or speed absolutely nothing. Then the screen froze up. We tried to troubleshoot it and nothing. Spent 3 hours on the phone with Bowflex and they referred us to JRNY. They told us that all Bowflex users were having the same issue and it there was a bug in the latest updates. We can’t even use our new treadmill. We are very disappointed ☹️☹️. JRNY did say give them 48hrs to fix the problem. I guess I should have went with a Peleton treadmill instead.

    Boflex customer service is horrible The machine itself is awesome but you will probably have to fight tooth and nail to get it working It took 2 months to get ours working

    I had the machine for a month and then it stopped working “UCB Error” I have been dealing with warranty for over two months and they just keep replacing random things that don’t fix the problem. Best Buy cannot help at all. For over $2,000 and an extended warranty purchase I expected a lot more support.

    Great machine. It’s big and heavy, but stable and that’s important when a +200lb guy is running on it. Screen is nice and assembly isn’t too bad.

    Loving my treadmill! Wish I could download my apps, like Pandora or Spectrum, but at least you can Bluetooth your phone and hear your music thru the speakers.

    I absolutely love this treadmill. It is still sitting in its box in the garage. We are going to have new carpet put in the room this is going. So we probably won't put together until then.

    I love my treadmill but only thing is the speaker on the monitor crackles and pops it goes from light sound to loud then medium. But overall it’s a good machine!
