    Poor Quality, Poor Service

    I have owned the T10 since 2022, and the full console has required replacement twice. Bowflex sold me a 5 year warranty that they will no longer honor because they filed bankruptcy and deleted all customer information. If you are ready to pay $2,000 and replace parts frequently (that's if the parts are available), this treadmill is for you.

    STAY AWAY!

    I have the previous iteration of this (the 7), and these machines with tablets are absolutely terrible and a motivation killer. The software on the tablet is awful. Sometimes, it won't boot up and you have to restart the treadmill. When you are waiting minutes for the treadmill to reboot just so you can start to jog on it is super frustrating. On top of that, I was just on my machine and in the middle of a workout, the machine decided to perform an update. It installed it and then restarted the machine in the middle of a workout! I love running and ever since I bought my Bowflex treadmill 9 months ago all I can think about is getting rid of it and replacing with another brand. Another annoying feature is how you have to log into the JRNY software ever so often. It'll save your login info for a little bit, but sooner or later it is going to ask you to re signin. I've written to Bowflex support multiple times about various issues I've had with it and I've never once gotten an answer back that was relatively helpful. Honestly, this purchase is one of my biggest regrets that I've made in my life.

    Well built quiet and sturdy. This machine is ideal for my wife and i as we workout to-gether. I love the apps and if its to fast or incline to high you always have control over the machine. I would recommend this to any and every one.

    recently purchased this bowflex t10 threadmill and was working fine till now. its only been 3 weeks sinced purchased and it has technical issues. I spoke with best buy and in short words they told me that a 2 thousand dollar threadmill has no warrenty and that i have to call the number giving to me in the screen on the machine. I asked if i could get my money back or credit so i can purchase a different threadmill and they refused and gave me no help. The North Attleboro tech guys did not help and its embarresing best buy treats its custumer in such a bad way. DONT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

    Signed up for best buy total tech, supposed to get exclusive offers. This treadmill says regular price 2799, on sale 1499. It's 1599 on bowflex website so I'm not sure about that.

    I am on my third machine! Yes 3rd! The 2nd computer / touch screen for it. If you search the internet this is a HUGE problem!!! Buyer beware! Do NOT buy! What is the issue? It’s computer / touch screen. It will one day attempt an update and then it stops working. You will call Bowflex and they will sell you another screen for $1100. I know what you’re thinking. This is one review. It’s an outlier. No it is not. Go search it! Bowles doesn’t allow reviews of the product anymore on their website. There is no way to add one. Why? If you are a regular user you are better off at the gym.

    Poor Tablet makes the treadmill unusable at times.

    The treadmill itself is wonderful. The tablet however is another story. The speaker has constant static and sometimes stops working completely. It has also just shut down in the middle of a JRNY workout. Very disappointed in the tablet. When the tablet stops working the treadmill won’t do anything.

    Best investment I ever made

    Love, Love, Love It! I have my onw built in personal trainer and the program features are awesome! Down 15 lbs since I got it and the money was worth every penny, I can do workouts on and off the treadmill, watch movies, listen to music. WOW just WOW!!

    Vendor couldnt event get it to my door

    I wanted to love this treadmill, but the problem was I could not get it. Signed up for total tech program. Speaker install went great. Order Bowflex 10. Item was scheduled 3 times, day prior to delivery they tried to reschedule after time off was arranged. Called total tech, the said they got it handled ( I was surprised because this detroit team was rude, told me how they were going to do it and used some vernacular that was not expected, I really wondered if I wanted them in my house. It didnt matter they did not show up. Had to cancel the order.

    Bowflex - BUYER BEWARE

    We purchased our Bowflex 10 in Feb 2021. Everything was perfect for the first 23 months. In January 2023, in the middle of a work out, it had some software error that we later learned was a faulty touchscreen. As it has been over 1 year since install they offered to let us pay 50% of the original purchase price to repair it. It is not covered at all even though this was no fault of ours just a faulty product. We have only used the machine during bad weather so maybe 50 -60 times. Bowflex does back their product. Do not purchase.

    Really made a mistake buy this. In less than three years the screen went bad stuck on android screen. $500 to replace. There is a reason why they only cover for 1 year. Wont ever buy anything from them again.

    The worst treadmill brand

    I hate my bowflex treadmill so much. It does some of the worst thing. One, you cannot use it without the internet. Two, it updates its software at the most inconvenient time and you cannot use it while its going thru the update process. Three, the quality isnt that great. Id avoid this brand and all its sister brands.

    This is a horrible treadmill. Have had it for nearly 5 months and have been able to get a workout in without the machine just shutting down. Talk to support multiple times and it is a known programming issue they are working on. Nothing but excuses from them for months. $1700 pile of crap

    Used treadmill 8 times and stopped working. Bowflex will not respond to email and phone line is busy. Have waited for over an hour on hold. Do not buy this product or any bowflex product!!!

    Malfunctioned within a week of buying!!

    Just bought this treadmill, worked great for a week and then the whole thing malfunctioned and stopped working, now I’m waiting on parts and a guy to come out to fix it. Customer service said it could take 3-6 weeks!!! This is ridiculous, I just bought the thing.

    Purchased this model and it worked for 2 weeks. Control panel stopped working, a tech was dispatched, he couldn't fix the issue so bowflex sent a replacement. Guess what? 3 weeks later the replacement treadmill had system failure. This is one TERRIBLE piece of equipment. DO NOT BUY

    Bad product

    Did not work from the get go. Could not get any service from bowflex. Best buy did let us return it.Now we have a new console that boeflex sent us two weeks later. I would not recommend any products from bow flex.

    Sent me parts where the screw holes dont match up

    Useless machine bought for over 2k; customer service takes a couple weeks to get part when they should be sending immediately. And if this isnt the part that is mismatched i will have to wait another 2 weeks to try another part. Thanks for nothing
