I love our new Bowflex treadmill 7 and all of the features that come with it. Such as the personal trainers, and how the workouts adapt as you progress. It also comes with a variety of streaming options such as but not limited to HBO max, Netflix, and Disney +. Built in music channels and Bluetooth capabilities that allow you to connect your devices if you choose to. The volume controls are adjustable and loud. My only drawbacks are the output and location of the fan, the heart rate monitor band doesn't tell you your heart rate as you go and only provides you with and average after the work out is complete, and the position and size of the screen. It looks like the Newest version "Bowflex Treadmill 22" addresses the size and location of the screen but the fan appears to be the same. Also, you have to pay a membership fee for everyone in the house that wants to use treadmill to access the features after the free 365 days ($149/each). But, Overall it is a great machine!

After using it it was great at first then it started to glitch. Now I can’t use it at all because the app keeps crashing.

Well built, solid, smooth running. We don't use the JRNY membership, but love the manual program. The viewing screen isn't massive, so I just watch TV and exercise. The shelf for an iPad, phone, or whatever is nice.

I love this treadmill. I have had it for nearly a year and have had no issues with it. One drawback is that I have to sign in as a guest when I use it in order to avoid paying for a Bowflex membership. I believe it comes with a free year, but I always forget to cancel in time.

Do not buy Bowflex! System failure, need new console for $1100. More than I paid for the treadmill. Ridiculous and Bowflex customer service is no help! Just out $1000 for this useless thing.

Great treadmill for a great price. Classes offered are very entertaining. Very quiet, can hardly hear it from the lower level. Overall, great purchase

7 Months of ownership. Purchased from BestBuy and I am currently on the phone now with them. Hardware: NO complaints. Software: Terrible software. Terrible user interface. The screen sometimes won't turn on at all. Sometimes, it flickers while running. Thankfully, I have Total Tech. So hoping for a new screen, or a refund. If they can not or will not do anything for this unit, or the UNIT YOU BUY, remember, you are STUCK with a LARGE / HEAVY paperweight. You CAN NOT use this Treadmill without THEIR software. DO NOT BUY THIS TREADMILL.

It was a great deal while on sale. It is a very solid treadmill and has a great incline. It feels sturdy and solid. I wished it included different workout routines without having to sign up for their service.

I wanted to wait a bit and use this treadmill before leaving my review. Now that I've had it for awhile, I can say, I love this treadmill. I'm a beginner treadmill user and this had come up on sale so I figured, "why not?" I am so glad I did! I love the paces and inclines, the free 1-year JRNY membership, bluetooth so I can play music and the different instructors/levels that are programmed into it. Did I mention it has fans? Best addition ever! I really like the different countries I can virtually walk through, and just love everything about this treadmill. No complaints here.

Love the treadmill itself but having a hard time getting it to save profiles..I have read in the reviews that it only works with wireless Internet. I have wireless Internet but for some reason it just has the spinning signal instead of actually saving the program. I haven’t called geek squad yet but plan to do that on Monday. Overall the way it’s made and feels under you when you walk or run on it is great! The 33% off what is the seller for me plus the the Bo Flex look versus the other ones sold itself!

This is very easy to put to together and works well. I’m not a fan of the setup process to log in and start working out but once you get past that it works like a dream and is fairly quiet when in use.

Very sturdy. Lots of different programs available to work with. Variable speeds and heights really creates a unique workout to fit your needs.

I really like the treadmill almost use it every day and it’s very comfortable to use. I only had the treadmill for less than a month and the other day when I went to use it I’m getting the error System failure there is a serial number error. I called bowflex and looks like they have to replace a part, it’s a bummer. I hope this is the only issue I faced and sad that having issues less than a month after purchasing but I guess this happens at time. But let’s see how this goes. I’m glad it’s covered under warranty.

I was able to get this on sale so that is a major plus! I realized that I was paying a gym membership without going because I am NOT a gym person. This helps me cut through the excuses and just hop on and jog. Now, the machine is excellent. I am not a small person and the treadmill feels strong and sturdy. The App helps keep me focused and encourages me to push through wanting to stop. It tracks my progress and syncs with my Apple Watch. The machine is big and heavy, I ain't going to lie. We paid for the set up and the guys were great, they set it up for me and I was ready to go.

Easy to set up, easy to use. I love that you can view places around the world as you workout. It’s nice to be able to watch tv or listen to music and it has built in fans.

NIce treadmill. I don't like that they try to push you into using their paid service. However they do allow you to use it without it. You have to log in even if you are not using their service. It keeps track of your workout, but is a bit inconvenient You can walk or run while watching a video scenery with trails. I just wish the incline would automatically adjust to the scene. Easy set up. Solid equipment. It is a bit bigger than I expected, so make sure you allow a little more room.

Love it! The only thing I would change is they you can’t use JRNY unless the treadmill is connected to the internet

Great value. Lot of settings to customize your exercise. I recommend buying a mat or beneath the machine just to be safe.

The treadmill works, but the software is so bad I would not recommend this to anyone. You can’t just start a workout. You’ve got to tap through their built in tablet to select the one you want. On top of that, often enough the tablet screen won’t even turn on! You’re forced to restart the treadmill just to get a workout in. Gone are the days of pressing a button and instantly starting your workout (at least with Bowflex)! The concept of having multiple profiles to track individual workouts by person is nice but is flawed, too. I can’t count how many times I’ve had to re-login because my wife switched to her profile. There’s no way to stay logged in which is super frustrating. This would be so easily fixed by a software update but by the lack of updates on their end, I really doubt anything will be done. I’d stay away from this brand of treadmill as much as I hate to say it. The hassle to get your workout started just isn’t worth it, especially when they’re not pushing any updates or making any improvements to it.
