The materials and construction feel solid. The control screen feels slightly complicated just to get to the basic treadmill function. Other than that, the experience has been great overall.

I am hoping to find a way to get one but have not been able to as of yet. Other than that it is a really nice treadmill

It took my husband a few hours to put together himself and it seems pretty sturdy. Got it on a great sale so of course that makes it even better :)

This was a great investment, now if there is only away to plug a big scream to this while I workout.

From the time I started using it I constantly had to restart it and it never seemed to work consistently. I gave up using it then finally decided to call Bowflex. It turns out that the main console has to be replaced which happens to cost $1200. That’s as much as I paid for the whole thing. Now I have to trash it after using a whopping 12 times.

The directions were easy to follow and my fmdaugyrer and I were able to put the treadmill together in an hour. Very nice treadmill with a lots of leg room for my long legs. Menu is easy to navigate without looking at the instructions. Super great buy with a very good price.

Worth the money

Bowflex customer care helper diagnosis the issue, but would take some time to get parts. I elected best buy to send a replacement. Received the new one, but there was confusion as to if the service plan transferred. It was refunded and I had to repurchase, but it took 3 calls to customer care to resolve. So far the treadmill is working, and I am satisfied, but the entire experience was frustrating.

The only thing I don't like is that you have to log on everytime "I" or any of the users want to use it. If not you have to select "GUEST".

Would have been good if the streaming services available without the JRNY membership given that it is just using a android tablet. Putting it behind a paywall just seems greedy on their part. Anyways, its a comfortable treadmill to run on.

Easy to operate and understand. It also comes with a limited free trial of personal training. It is very big, similar to those at the gym so make sure you have ample space. I would encourage you to have it installed also do to the size. We love it!!! Perfect way to drop those pandemic pounds:)
