It looks nice, but the hardest deck ever. My knees are still in pain even after upgrading to really nice running shoes with support. It was also on carpet and padding to try and help. I normally run 5-6 miles every other day, but even with everything I could only jog a mile two without pain. Returning and buying a different model.

This is an excellent treadmill in every respect. It's quite heavy duty, has an excellent running service and incline function. In addition, the electronics are expansive. I signed up for the free subscription but haven't yet tried the "coached" workouts as I normally prefer just a manual type of exercise regimen. Recommended for beginner, intermediate, or advanced users.

Is a great deal and works fantastic. Only issue wish it was easier to switch profiles

The treadmill is really nice. Speakers descent, incline was good, and the size was perfect for someone like me. We looked at a lot of treadmills and Bowflex Treadmill 7 was the best price and had a 400lb weight capacity. All others max out between 250 and 300. So we Ignored the reviews indicating the android pad that controls the entire treadmill would go out after what some said would be a year. Well ours went out within 3 weeks We purchased it early December 2021 a week before Xmas. We returned it January 29, 2022. We did attempt to speak with Bowflex warranty, but being that it was a online purchase, they wouldn’t take the receipt I provided. So we had to take the entire machine apart. It’s not lite by any means. Down our stairs. Wasn’t fun. Thankfully we were in the return period, so didn’t have to use geek squad protection plan that we purchased.

After setting it up, I realized that bowflex requires a paid subscription to the JRNY workout app. If you don't have that it wont work, if you don't have wifi it wont work either. Save yourself a reutirn and just buy any brand other than Nautilus Bowflex treadmills.

You can’t use the treadmill at all if you don’t have WiFi. Learned that the hard way with all the winter storms knocking out internet. So frustrating.

Overall working well but hard to understand the instructions and setup

I received my Bowflex 7 after waiting for over a month and a half due to back order; everyone wants a home gym since the onset of COVID-19. This has been the best thing for not only my physical well-being but my mental well-being as well! It’s a sleek quiet machine that keeps me motivated to keep getting stronger. It was so well worth the wait!!!

Product is very nice. Although the time to get it installed and set up using Bestbuy total tech was a horrendous experience. Upon using it only 3 times since installation about 2 weeks ago multiple screws have come loose and it is no longer as quiet as it first was as it makes a squeaking noise when running on it. Overall the machine looks like gym quality but maybe I just got a defective one or it wasn’t set up properly with best buys install and deliver option. You’re better off setting it up yourself as now I’m trying to locate where the screws came from
