Treadmill console is a low quality tablet that often malfunctions during workouts and requires very frequent updates that delay workouts. Displeased with purchase.

So, it's well designed and seems like a decently built treadmill. I would love to love this treadmill, but when you going along at a decent, or even slow pace, and it suddenly stops and starts again, or the speed just goes all over the place when it's been used for less than a month, it has to go back.

Love this treadmill! Took a little bit to setup but really wasn’t too difficult to put together. So nice that there’s a free trial of JRNY included. I looked at and researched sooooo many treadmills and I am very happy with this purchase!

I’ve been shopping around for treadmill for months and came across this beauty. Delivery was very fast compared to other companies and I chose to set up myself which was pretty easy. My kids are in track so this will be a great asset during off season. I’m very pleased with my purchase!

We are absolutely in love with our new purchase. We have used it several times over the last month and never had an issue. The streaming is wonderful, we also love the programs they provide. Very motivating and has kept us on track.

Machine itself is good but tablet/journey is not keeps crashing during workouts. I got in touch with bow flex they sent me to journey they said I have to wait for a fix. Paid this much and can’t use it functionality until they get a fix. Doesn’t seem right. Would never buy another product with this system.

This was a great buy! The treadmill is really sturdy we have used it for 2 weeks and it is awesome! My husband weighs 300 lbs and this treadmill is strong enough to support his weight. Definitely recommend!

I have had the treadmill for two days. Was working fine and now the tablet won’t go past the bow flex main screen and it says it can’t connect. I now have a $1,600 dust collector. Extremely dissatisfied.

So upset with this purchase, I checked specs very carefully to be sure it was a 22" wide running deck. It was an ordeal to get up the stairs and assembled. Come to find out I'm stuck with a 20" belt thanks to incorrect info listed on Best Buy (it's actually still listed this way). I could have paid much less if I was to settle for a 20" belt. Very unhappy for such a large purchase to be based on incorrectly given specs. Plus, I've filled out the form twice to cancel my journey membership before the trial period ends, and I get no response. Bad experience all around.

As described, perfect for a heavier runner. I was concerned about treadmill belt getting stuck… works great. Only con is that you have to complete the assessment before you can use manual mode… but that’s done… love it

Great vakue and well made. I never signed up for the extra workouts and dont miss them one but. I use Zwift for my bike training and this is easy to move over and i dont mind adjusting the speed and incline manually.

Twrrible piece of equipment. It freezes mid run all the time. For example you could be gling 9mph and you want to slow up but you cant...no button will work, the only way to stop is to unplug. Internet required, which is unreliable. Its large, once you get it to where you want it, youre not returning it or taking it in for repair. Buy a different machine, a differemt brand.

When I bought this item. I did not realize you to pay extra for all the fancy travel places as a choice on the treadmill. Now I know and I am not really happy with the treadmill

This is such a good purchase I don’t regret it at all from the time approaches to the time of delivery everything went very smooth overall I am pleased with the purchase and Best Buy!

Used two times and the main control wire from the panel down to the tread platform went bad. Can't use till get new parts and someone comes to fix. Bowflex has been good to work with under warranty.

i was worried when i brought this. I am living at 2nd floor, and i worry if it is too noise when i use it. never get a complain even i run on it around the 11pm

Picked up and set up my new bowflex treadmill in my home gym all I can say is wow! This thing is build to last. The shocks built in for support definitely work its like walking/running on clouds

Loving it haven’t had it long .Well built easy to put together. Haven’t tried the programs you have to pay for yet , The programs that are free works for me.
