    My bowflex 7 didnt even last a year. After having 8 months the belt just died and wouldnt move. Fast forward 3 months without being able to use it and multiple ticket to change everything in the machine (including the motor), Bowflex is now going to replace the whole machine with a Bowflex 10. It's sad that the customer has to be inconvenienced for 3 months and now I have to wait until they pick up the broken machine before they send a new one. I would have rather had my money back. To top it all off now I have had to make several calls to Best Buy just to get my extended warranty updated to show they are sending a different machine so I dont loose my warranty. Very Frustrating!!! I'll think twice before I ever make a big purchase again

    My treadmill was delivered on 02/08/2022. On 02/28/2022 the treadmill stopped working so I called company. They have sent me the parts to fix the problem. I am waiting on a tech to come replace the parts. I am hoping someone comes soon to fix it. So right now I’m not real happy with this product.
