    Got this on sale and couldnt be happier! After a month its still quiet and smooth. The screen is also great for watching shows or workout apps.

    Nice spinning bike. However, it showed up damaged so the handlebars were coming through the box and got a little bit beat up. So I returned it but will re-purchase it again.

    This bike has exceeded all my expectations. Easy to set up, feels like I'm on a real bike and plenty of options. Getting it on the deal of the day gave it a great value, too.

    Product is awesome. I enjoy using it daily seat is a little hard but buying a separate cushion helps. Impressed with the lean function. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is due to the customer service line with Best Buy. Delivery was frustrating. Was told my item would be there on multiple different days and time frames.

    Worked great for 1 month. Was whisper quiet. Then after a month intermittent short squeaking of the flywheel and it kept getting worse over time. After 3 months the screeching was sooo long and nonstop I have to stop workout or wake everyone up. Bowflex customer service said to call to troubleshoot. How can you resolve a problem that’s so inconsistent. I can only afford 20-30min on the bike a day w busy schedule. I can’t stay on the bike longer than that to wait for the problem to happen then wait on the phone for customer service. All in all it’s now useless to me. It’s a shame. I loved how you can use different apps for workout. Streaming option is great but unnecessary.
