    Nice bike, but must have to pay for subscription/membership to make the most of the big screen, otherwise don’t pay extra for the big one and the standard seat is not so comfortable.

    Bike seems ok, however 16" tab never goes in power down mode. it will always restart. Does not go in sleep mode as well some time. I have not used extensively, but ride seems ok for moderate exercise I am doing.

  • Shipped Defective "A Bargain Rarely Is"

    At current price it is a bargain and the lean feature is good. Mine came out of the box with a defective bearing- was boxed defective. Now I get to completely disassemble and reassemble on the new chassis that is coming. That will take several hours- should have provided something as compensation- second year free JRNY or such. Now worried about durability. Last spin bike lasted 20 years with regular use. Painted finish is suspect for long-term under salty sweat.

    If you want to play for a piece of garbage, but this expensive bike. I bought one, I put it together and it made an ugly noise. I thought it was defective so I returned it. Unfortunately, the second one I sent makes the same noise but I already missed the return window so I'll need to keep it. Please, do yourself a favor and buy a Peloton. If I could give it 0 starts I would.

    The screen consistently reboot during workouts. I can't even complete a 20 minute workout without it rebooting. I like bike, and I like the leaning feature. The workout videos included in the JRNY subscription are quite boring. I would not recommend buying this product. Wish I would have saved a little more and bought a Peloton. It's too late for me to return, so now I have to deal with customer service, which I've read, can be a nightmare to deal with.
