Im only giving 3 stars because the flywheel on these is defective. We had it an hour before the clicking started. Luckily im in a group and this is the most common issue. Bowflex replaced and it was good for about a year and now its doing it again. Great bike but bowflex needs to redo the flywheel these issues are annoying.

We absolutely love this bike! Had it almost a year and no issues at all. Love the content as well! We added a padded seat from Amazon and it made all the difference in the world for seat comfort

Great bike! Feels very stable, even in lean mode. Plenty of adjustment to find a comfortable position. And I love the lean mode! Even if you don't actually lean, I can feel the difference in my core just keeping the bike centered. Definitely worth the money. Full disclosure, I got mine on sale for 1.5k, but after riding it for a month, I would have paid full price for it over other cheaper Peleton competitors. No live classes in JRNY app, but I actually prefer it that way. I don't want to compete anyway, other than with myself. explore the World rides are pretty cool, but I experienced some choppiness in the video (pretty sure its my own wifi, but I can't just move the thing around to check :) ). Overall just a great product, I'm already recommending it to friends.

I just ordered a Bowflex Velocor bike, and I have to say this is TERRIBLE that these guys locked the ability to stream videos behind JRNY app, for absolutely no reason other than GREED. AWFUL AWFUL customer care. The main reason I went for this product over other brands was the fact that I thought I don't have to deal with this nonsense.

We are having a blast with this bike. We're so glad that we purchased this bike over peloton. There's sooo much that this bike have to offer. I'm working out at least 3 times a day. I can't stay off of this bike

Feels very well built. Rides smoothly and quietly. The system has rich contents. Easy touchscreen. Excellent installation service. And very importantly, the bike is gorgeous in the room!

Let me begin by saying that while BestBuy had issues with delivery, they have honored their return policy. My first bike had a broken leaning mechanism and the second bike had a defective resistance mechanism that made a horrible and consistent noise. This bike has great potential but terrible quality control. Do not bother calling Bowflex as they do not staff their call center so you need to wait for over 1 hour and hope they pick up. Best Buy picks up a call immediately. Bike is on sale for a reason, they need to move sub-standard merchandise. Buyer beware. Note: I tried to get a repair but no repair personnel were available, and as I said, Bowflex was useless.

The bike is the best health investment I ever made.

Bike is nice. Spinwheel makes noise but besides that bike is nice and somewhat quite. My wife is 5’2” and strugles since it sits high.
