The screen makes buzzing noises sometimes. Not good . Other ways it would take 5 stars

Very happy with my purchase. There are a couple of things that could be improved with this product, but overall worth your money, imo. The bike is making a clicking sound sporadically, i think the wheel is hitting something that I am not able to see. I plan on calling a technician over since it should be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. The scenic routes in the bike can look a little choppy at times, but its nothing I cant live with. Im sure with time JRNY will identify and rectify these issues.

Solid bike, but the app is completely locked down and requires a pricey monthly subscription. You can't even watch Netflix or anything without first paying for the Jrny app. Not to mention, the app auto-updates randomly, automatically logging you out (requiring log in again) and interrupts your workouts.

Nothing less than spectacular, a dream indoor bike that everyone should have in their homes!

I was very excited to try the Bowflex velocore 22” bike and I am pleased to say that it didn’t disappoint. The bike was pretty easy to put together and was easy to setup. I love that it comes with a one year work out membership that others don’t come with. It feels as if you are actually riding a bike and with the jrny membership having nature rides it’s a win for this bike. I would definitely recommend buying this bike over any other bike it you want a solid bike with many options.

Best Buy set up made it so easy! Great product, sturdy and works so well with fantastic features. JRNY app is good. Better bike than a peloton in my opinion.

I finally got it assembled and have used it every day. I love the how to videos and the workout/programs. The other options such as the background videos, Netflix, music, it's all awesome. Only downside is I had a mechanical defect issue with the magnetic resistance, causing a clicking noise but best buy is replacing it. It is also a bit expensive for the 22" but I am enjoying the big screen VERY much.

I was never able to get the bike to function. I purchased one bike from Best Buy and the tablet would never work. I called Bowflex to have it fixed under warranty. They shipped me a part and after 3 weeks I had still not seen a technician despite calling several times. I exchanged the bike with Best Buy for a second try. This bike was marginally better in that the screen booted up. However, the programs rarely load and when they do it takes anywhere from 3-20 minutes to start. Additionally the second bike has a flu wheel issue and is very loud. I was initially really excited for this bike and all it’s features but I was never able to use them. Two bikes and one month later I’m returning the bike for a refund.

The features of this bike are outstanding. However, there’s a very high pitched noise coming from the flywheel area which reduces the frequency of use. BowFlex has sent a kit to effect repairs and I’m now awaiting the technician. The bike is only a month in use.

Love this bike but it’s hard to pedal. The resistance is heavy. Maybe I don’t have it set correctly

Very easy to put together and keeps workouts interesting... Looking forward to seeing how many more workouts arrive on the JRNY app.

Love the bike! The program has a lot of workout options, keeps track of your workouts, keeps you motivated!

Did not meet my expectations of having private gym without subscription.

Made noise when riding Bicycle right out of the box not one but 2 brand new Bicycle. Not happy Returned both Bicycles. I have a video of the sound it was making very annoying sound.

This is my second VeloCore bike. I like the first one so much I purchased this one so my wife and I can ride together.

Great bike. A MUST have bike in your home Gym . You won’t regretted. Great quality.

As a bike, it worked, but there were too many technical flaws. Once assembled, I noticed some static from the speakers, but it seemed to resolve itself, so I didn't think much of it. The bike was set up in the bedroom and at 3am, I was awakened by a loud static/white noise coming from the bike. I initially pressed the power button to turn it off, but instead of powering off, the bike simply restarted. After 3 cycles of trying to power off, I unplugged it. The next day I disassembled all the power connections, dusted them off, and reattached, double checking all connections were clean and secure. There was no static when I powered it back on, which I took as a good sign. However, the static sound quickly returned, this time at 12am. I did try to power it off once, but when that failed again, I unplugged it. The following day, I connected it to a smart plug and proceeded to tell Alexa to turn the bike on when I was ready to use it, and turn it off when I was done. This led to issues when there were updates. I would power on the bike to start a workout, but then it would need to update, eating up 5-10 min of my allotted workout time. Additionally, if another profile was logged in, sometimes it would allow me to switch without issue, but other times I had to enter my email and password. This is a bike in my house, I should not have to enter the username and password to switch profiles. No one else in the house is going to hijack my profile. The static was ever present, sometimes worse than other times. I even checked the connections again, but they were solid. Given these issues and irritations, I returned it.

Incredible bike, incredible value. This bike is the best on the market hands down. Myself and my wife love it.

Excellent. Easy assembly. Plus 1 year free jrny subscription, WOW, great way to keep the new year motivation.
