Flywheel would not stop making a clicking noise. Have to return.

I love this bike! But the best thing for me was getting it from Best Buy. I’ve heard stories about delivery issues getting it from other places-even Bowflex. If you’re thinking about getting it, Best Buy is the way.

The Bowflex Velco Bike is great. I had some confusion ordering and the delay cost me $500.00 because of price increase before I could get it ordered. However, the delivery and set up was worth the wait. It could not have been better.

Customer Service has been awful. I have been waiting for my issues to be resolved with this purchase for months and still yet to have someone call me back. No one over the phone or by chat has been helpful. Very disappointed.

This stationary bike has exceeded expectations. We looked at several and this one was the clear winner because of the added ability to lean into curves. This provides both a more authentic experience as well as works obliques. Very easy to assemble. I couldn’t be happier.

Do not buy if you are short. I am 5' 1" and this bike is unusable. I bought the extra cushion seat to see if I could get comfortable, but nothing I try works. Just using the bike for 15 minutes caused extreme muscle strain on the back side of my knees. Now I can't even do the exercise that I am able to do until that is better. It is a wonderfully constructed product and I am sure great - but not for short people.

So far after a week seems like a quality machine. Just starting with the programs so a review now only goes so far. Just have to keep pedaling.

Initially I was intrigued by the lean feature, however after a week the bike started making a clicking noise. Contacted customer support which were very unhelpful. Decided to return and went with a Peloton. Which really prompted me to write this review. The software is terrible, Bluetooth does not connect half the time and the classes are mediocre. Do yourself a favor and get a Peloton. The bike is very overpriced and the software is years behind.

Assembled it and first time booting up the screen craps out. 3 weeks in and im still waiting on bowflex to fix it. Wish i could tell you about it but i cant. For this price it should work out of the box. Waste of money so far. I will be returning.

Best Buy sales and delivery was great. The problem is the bike's console cannot connect to hidden networks. Spent several hours with Bowflex support and they finally admitted they have a lot of work to do on the console. Had to return it. Again, Best Buy was great about the return too.

I am loving the Velocore 22 and would recommend it to my friends. The 1-year JNRY membership was definitely a bonus and the lean mode is its biggest selling point.

This bike started malfunctioning in less than two weeks. Bowflex customer service is almost non existent. Will return it.

Definitely worth buying over a peloton! The membership is less expensive and you get 1 free year through bowflex.

Broke 2 times within 4 months. Not helpful bowflex customer service, log wait times. Cheap quality

This is an example of a company pushing out a product with a defect, telling you not to take it back rather you should call support. I call support and am told the fix is 4-6 months out. I need to return this product.

Easy to put together. The tilt function is pretty sweet. I love the ability to use different apps while riding.

We were pumped to purchase this bike. Putting it together was very quick and easy (done alone with no help). Plug it in to load the screen and get an error message that it is unable to get base serial number. Needless to say we haven’t been on it yet as we need to wait for parts to ship and a Bowflex rep to inspect it after it is shipped.

As advertised! This will give you a health club level workout. Well worth the investment.

The bike would be perfect if the screen was centered. Appears to be a defect during manufacturing as the bolts on the stem line up however the screen is off-center and it is very annoying. I will be returning the unit because of this defect.

So far, the velocore has exceeded my expectations. The free JRNY membership is a plus.
