    I watched this on VHS until it wouldn't play anymore. The picture and sound quality of the blu ray is outstanding

    I don't know why it took me so long to pick this movie up on blu-ray. It is one of Ice Cube's first movies and it delivers on many levels. It shows the struggles of black youth in the dangerous Los Angeles streets. Pick this movie up as you won't be disappointed.
