Sure am glad it came out with better color & picture images of the movie. Not to mention, sure brought out back memories of how things were back then.

Love this movie and it was nice to be able to upgrade it to Blu-ray. Now I will be able to enjoy watching it for more years to come.

This movie stars Cuba Gooding Jr. and Icecube in there first acting role about life in a challenging urban neighborhood and making the best out of it.

If you're looking for a classic movie that will originate from what used to be a hood then I guess you can say this is one of them but the storyline is far-fetched from what's really going on

What can one say? It's a classic. This film provided a glimpse into South Central in the 90s. Dramatized, of course. But it brought much-needed attention to some important issues.

Excellent transfer from Sony as they are one of the best in the business. The presentation features HDR10 and Dolby Atmos sound. The steelbook has a nice matte finish on the outside but no artwork on the inside. Bummer! Still worth a purchase though, as you'll feel as you're seeing it for the first time.
