Posted .Hi there, I'm sorry to hear you had trouble with the AutoGrip Mount. I would suggest placing the mount into the bottom-most vent bars so that it is supported at its base. In case your vehicle is not compatible with vent mounts, please also consider Bracketron's other mount applications such as dashboard, windshield, cup holder and CD Slot mounts which can be great replacements.
