I recommend placing the mount in the bottom-most vent bar so that it is supported at the bottom, and will not move the vents or fall out. Posted .Hi there, thanks for your feedback on the AutoGrip Clamp Mount. Make sure you tighten the circular, ridged piece on the back of the mount. This will tighten the socket and ensure the mount does not droop. Also, make sure you press down on the lever on the back of the mount to open up the vent clamps and insert them as deep as possible into your vehicles vent clips.
