Base too small for cup holder, so not stable. Phone bracket can’t keep hold of iPhone 12 Pro in a simple case. Major disappointment. Construction seems solid, I have had other bracketron pieces in the past - which inspired my purchase here. This just falls way short of expectations.

In order to make the mount fit your cup holder, rotate the circular ridged piece at the base of the mount in order to extend the base. This should allow your mount to fit in the cup holder. It really fit well in my cup holder and held my phone nicely and sturdy. But the ring connecting the base to the holder broke, just after 1 week. I was still in my return period but I couldn't return it because I threw away packaging it came it. It was great while it lasted.

So every time you put the phone in the cradle you have to take off your cover to fit it in to holder. It's a pain. You should really know this before your purchase. I even had a customer service agent help me with the purchase.
