Did not charge all the time

Don’t keep charging your phone

You will want to make sure that you find the sweet spot for your phone to charge. To do so, you will need to adjust the support arms, place your phone in the holder and move until your phone starts charging. Then you can squeeze the arms in place, your phone will then charge every time you place your phone in the holder. This mount does work with an iPhone X. What kind of case are you using? Depending on the thickness of the case, you might need to use a thinner case. Noisy and stopped charging

The brackets on the sides of the phone are metal and make awful noise when a phone is not in the holder. Also after just 2/3 months, it is no longer charging. The additional outlet still works but the Qi charger isn’t working at all. Even when it did work, it was very slow and left my cell warm. Not a good product.
