I purchased my charger (model BT2-972-2) on April 27th. After less than 2 months of usage, it stopped working. When I put the phone on the charging plate, it will only charge for 2 seconds and then give me a message saying that charging was paused, even though I don't touch it.

After having issues and reading up online about this product I highly doubt I am the only one. This wouldn’t even hold the current charge on my phone, and it blocks the charging port on the phone it’s self .

It does not stay connected to the vent. I thought ok maybe I am doing it wrong. No it is the item itself. I have had six people try all of them said only place to put it is in the trash!
