This time around I bought an iPhone 7 Plus and had gifted my old mount to a family member. When purchasing a new one I thought I would be happy with it, but it just didn't have the magnetic strength, or enough suction power, to stay mounted and hold a larger phone. I recommend this product for devices the size of the iPhone 7 or smaller/lighter, but not for a Plus size device.
