Make sure you clean off any residue on the suction cup of the mount as well as the surface of your vehicle, in order to ensure there is no residue blocking suction. It is also possible that your vehicle is not compatible with suction mounts based on its texture. We offer a wide line of vent clip mounts which are able to supplement this issue. Magnet conflicts with fast chargers

Before applying the mount, make sure you clean off the rubber suction cup with water as well as your windshield / dashboard.
