Then when I tried to place on my glass it would only work if my phone was placed side ways. Hated it. Ended up breaking it on accident. Waste of my money. I’m sure it works on some cars better then others. Quality didn’t seem bad just the adhesive wasn’t that great.

Posted .We're sorry to hear you had a poor experience. You may encounter an issue if your dash is heavily textured. Otherwise, make sure the mounting location on the dash is wiped clean of dirt and oils. If the bottom of the suction cup is dirty, wash that with warm water as well and allow to dry. Then, try firmly pressing the cup down and locking the lever to secure. If that does not work, please contact tech@bracketron.com, and one of our representatives would be happy to assist you.
