Before you apply it to your surface, make sure you wipe off the surface with water in order to ensure there is no residue blocking suction. Do the same on the rubber suction cup on the mount as well. If this doesn't work, your dash may not have a texture compatible with dash mounts. I would suggest trying the windshield instead, but if you don't want to have the mount on the windshield, we can help you find a mount that works best for you, such as a vent or CD slot mount. My dash is relatively flat, so this worked perfectly and was on clearance. The package was damaged and missing the metal part that should be attached to my phone, but I had no intention of attaching to my phone, so I didn’t care.

Tried to return it but was over the 15 day window so not happy with Best Buy either for selling a substandard product in the first place.

The next day my phone would not turn on. The magnet fried my phone's battery and ruined the inside panel of my phone. After I paid to have my phone repaired I tried for over a week to contact Bracketron to discuss what happened. I emailed, tried to chat online, and tried to contact by phone. I was unsuccessful via all attempts. I have not received a return call, email, or chat response. Do not buy this product. Do not support this company.
