grips the phoen TOO tight

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.the grip is great once you get the phone in. probably for the best so you're not easily pulling the phone out while driving. the grip is so tight that you have to use two hands to get your device out or risk pulling the whole mount out of the vent. don't know about the CD slot option, my 2020 Hyundai does not have a CD player (people use CDs still?)

Perfect car phone holder

This is perfect because you can attach it to the vents or it has an attachment that goes into your CD player and does not interfere with using the CD player.

Fits neatly in the underutilized CD slot of my Subaru and holds the phone securely at the perfect height for a quick glance. Just the right distance so I don't feel the need to put my readers on. Very happy!

Also the sales rep actually took it out of the box and showed me how it all worked and we verified that it would fit my phone before I purchased it. I appreciated that.
