I recommend cleaning off both the suction cup on your mount as well as the surface of your vehicle with water, in order to ensure that there is no residue blocking suction. Before applying the mount, make sure you rinse off the suction cup on the mount as well as the dashboard with water in order to ensure there is no residue blocking suction.
