Followed instructions and have had other holders in vehicle. Also not user friendly getting phone in and out of holder. I purchased it as it was recommended to me from best buy employee as I have a wider phone due to case. It is useless.

Try rinsing off the surface of your dashboard as well as the suction cup on the mount with water in order to ensure there is no residue blocking suction. This should prevent the mount from falling off of the window. It is also possible that your dashboard is not compatible with suction mounts based on its texture. In this case, I would recommend looking into our other mount applications such as CD Slot, Vent Mounts and Cup Holder mounts. CHEAP BAD PRODUCT

Returned it and said I think it’s a defect. Got the second one and followed the directions and it worked. For two whole days.... maybe for some other cars it can work, not on a Nissan Sentra... waste of money.

Weak and disappointing

The suction cup was weak and would not support the weight of my phone. The tension on the springs also made it difficult to get the phone in and out while mounted. I will be returning this item.

Can't take the heat!

We live in the Midwest and the heat index got to 100F for several days. The adhesive no longer worked and could mt mount without risking damage to dash. Unfortunately, we exceeded the 30 day return policy by that time.

Definitely did not work well with my phone in its protective case, as it claimed. I placed it on the dashboard and it fell hitting the stick shift and thank goodness I didn’t get in an accident.
