After only a few days of use, the thing broke leaving me to put my phone in the cup holder. Bought one from five below, with a lower profile & works like a charm. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone!

At least don't get this one. It wasn't sturdy and keep falling out and moving to music when it was attached to the vent, even when I tightened it all the way.

I would highly recommend placing your vent clips into the bottom-most vent bar so that the mount is supported at its base. I would recommend adjusting the lever on the mount to a precise position so that your phone can easily be clicked in place and pulled out without adjusting the lever again. The mount is designed so that you only have to adjust the lever once to fit your phone, and then it can be clicked in and out of place with one hand. Can't hold um tight

Tired securing the phone in the holder as tight as possible but it keeps falling out. If your phone has a case on it...this is not the holder for you.

As a reference, the OneClick has a maximum width of 3.25", which means it can fit even the biggest size iPhone (iPhone 11 Pro Max) with an average sized case on it. Make sure you are utilizing the lever on the top of the mount which changes the width. With one of the thickest cases such as an OtterBox Defender, it's possible the phone would not fit, but with the average case, it will.
