    Sorry but returned it and got one that had the longer extension arm on it. This one works great I now have three of them. I just don’t like blocking the air vents!!

    Doesn’t work. Will not hold iphone Hard to reach release knob. Good idea but not well designed. Especially for the price paid

      Hi Ernie, this is Kaleb with Bracketron. I'm sorry to hear you're having some trouble using your OneClick mount. In order to hold the phone securely, make sure you are adjusting the width of the clamp using the lever on the bottom. The width can be adjusted to fit virtually any size smartphone. Also, be sure you are fastening the vent clips correctly into your vehicle's vents. In order to properly use the mount, make sure you're putting the vent clips all the way into your vehicle's vents. Also, put the mount on the bottom-most vent bar so that the mount is best supported.
