It almost never wants to open when I wanted to open and my phone does not fit with the case on it I have to take my phone out of the case I have the Galaxy ultra 23 and I also have the iPhone 13 Max pro they're both big phones so they do not fit in this without taking them out of the case also while driving it feels very shaky it's a lot of play in the arm and doesn't stay still

great product. The suction stays on the dashboard - unless the road is really bumpy, but that is to be expected with the weight of the phone and how bumpy some roads are. Excellent time in charging the phone. Like that beeps when the phone is in the charger and stand not plugged in or car turned off. Let's me not forget my phone is in the stand.

This item, for the price, is simply not worth it. The hinge connecting to the phone hold piece constantly gets loose, meaning your phone will go from facing you to facing the ground. You would think that for the price point, this issue shouldn't crop up so frequently, but it does. I've had cheaper phone mounts from years ago that did a better job of maintaining it's position than this product. I would not recommend

Honestly not my favorite. It does its job but doesnt always connect to my phone. Meh

This thing is garbage - I bought it for the Vent Mount purpose and it barely clips on and falls off with any turn in my car. I would not recommend. The clamp that is supposed to hold on to the vent does so by a tiny little spring activated by a lever. If I still had the box and receipt I'd have returned this immediately but I had already thrown it away because I'm an idiot.

Is very sturdy and eliminates a lot of hassle when I am delivering and navigating.

I am satisfied with this product. The product do the job.

Bought first one in store, took it to parking lot. Open and close jaws didnt work. Went back inside for replacement. Didnt install new one for about week and a half because i was late for an appojntment after the first failure. Installed second one. Jaws open and close but wont charge phone wireless. Bought new phone still wont charge new s25ultra.

This didn't last very long. The clamp wouldn't hold my phone to the vent without some additional support and ended up breaking.

Seemed like a good idea but the need for the charging cord in addition to a separate cord in order to connect to CarPlay made for too many cords hanging over the dashboard. if I wasn’t using CarPlay, it would have been fine. I returned it.
