I thought it was me so I waited for someone else to help me install it, the honda technician told me to take it back to you and then I realized that the two week period to take back was over so I pretty much wasted my money buying it. I wish I could take it back to you and replace it with something that would work for my honda. Even though this is a "universal" it doesnt work.

Knobs for tightening do not work well. Automatic closing phone grips do not work well and are uneven. Felt tip backing has already fallen off from one of the sides. The charger does not charge well and sometime does not charge at all.

Posted .Hi there Gregg, this is Kaleb with Bracketron. I'm sorry to hear you had some trouble with the suction on the PwrUp Qi Automatic mount. Make sure you use the clamp on the base of the mount in order to suction to your dashboard securely. Also, I would recommend rinsing off the suction cup and the dashboard with water in order to ensure there isn't any residue blocking suction. Regarding the ball joint tightener, make sure you tighten this as secure as you're able once you have the mount in the desired position.
