Posted .Hi there, I'm sorry you had some trouble with the PwrUp Qi Automatic mount. I would suggest cleaning off your windshield as well as the suction cup on the mount with water in order to ensure there is no residue blocking the suction. In case your dashboard is not compatible with suction mounts, please also consider Bracketron's other mount applications, such as cup holder, CD Slot and Vent mounts. It shouldnt matter what climate your in, it should still endure during weather changes. When we tried to take it down and readjusting, it broke.

I recommend placing the vent clips into the bottom-most vent bar, so that the mount is supported at its base. This should secure the mount and prevent it from falling at all. Also, try cleaning off your dashboard and the suction cup on the mount with water to ensure there is no residue blocking suction.
